Gallery Terms of Service

All images displayed in this gallery are the copyrighted work of Portraits by Elay and are protected under applicable copyright laws. Images may not be copied, downloaded, screenshot, altered, or reproduced in any form without written permission from the photographer.

Clients are granted a personal license to download and share their images for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, editing, or redistribution of the images is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained.

Portraits by Elay reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio display, website content, social media, marketing, competitions, and studio promotions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Online galleries remain active for 30 DAYS ONLY. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images before the gallery expiration date. Once the gallery expires, Portraits by Elay cannot guarantee file availability or gallery reactivation.
